Terms of Service
Last updated October 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PixelClaw (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our AI Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you agree on that company's behalf.
2. Description of Service
PixelClaw provides a tool for researching, writing, scoring and publishing blog content. It includes AI-assisted writing and editing, an automated score for each post, hosted blogs, reader comments, analytics, and an API.
3. AI-Generated Content
You are the publisher of everything that appears on your blog, however it was written. See the full AI Disclaimer.
4. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information, and you are responsible for keeping your password and API keys confidential. You may not share your account or use another person's account. You are responsible for everything that happens in your blog, including what the teammates you invite do.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Plans, limits and credits are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor, and renew until you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Billing in your blog. Credit allowances reset every billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Your Content
You own the content you create in the Service. You grant us a licence to store, process and display it as needed to provide the Service to you, which includes publishing it on your blog and sending it to AI providers when you use AI features. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to publish it.
7. Your Readers
If your blog collects newsletter sign-ups or comments, you are responsible for telling your readers how you use their information and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including laws on email marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle reader information on your behalf.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) publish content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or harasses or threatens people; (b) send spam or mislead readers about who you are; (c) distribute malware, or attempt to break into, overload or interfere with the operation of the Service; (d) access another customer's blog or data; (e) attempt to bypass plan or credit limits; or (f) resell the Service without our prior written consent. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
9. API and Webhooks
If you use the API, you must keep your keys confidential and stay within reasonable request rates. We may change the API over time and will give notice before changes that would break existing integrations.
10. Scores and Results
Scores, checks and suggestions are automated estimates. While we strive for accuracy, they may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee that using the Service will improve your search rankings, traffic, visibility in AI tools or revenue, and we are not liable for decisions made based on scores or suggestions.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service works with services operated by other companies, such as AI providers, our payment processor and search analytics services you connect. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
13. Limitation of Liability
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PixelClaw, its owners, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you create or publish through the Service, including AI-generated content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and shall take place in the State of Delaware, United States.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that litigation is permissible under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
17. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for non-payment, and where we reasonably can we will give you notice and time to export your content first. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3, 6, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and this survival clause shall survive any termination of these Terms.
18. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may add, change or remove features. If we change these Terms we will update this page and the date at the top, and if a change is significant we will tell you by email or in your blog before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
